Covid 19: local crisis information and news ecosystem

The aim of the project is to provide new insights into the dynamics of crises news and information ecosystem. The empirical context of the study is Covid19 and Finland. The main research questions are: i) what are the characteristics of local crisis information and news ecosystem, ii) what kind roles and relations are constructed to different actors in their coverage of the pandemic iii) how do people gather, make sense and participate in creating corona-related information and experiences.
