AIdience studies the significance of artificial intelligence in the use of audience for journalism. This multidisciplinary research project introduces new methods into journalism studies, creates scenarios concerning the impact of imaginable AI applications on media consumption practices, and examines the opportunities and challenges this presents for journalistic media’s practices, professional ethics, and role in a democratic society.
