The project will create and implement a new kind of work and education environment for the needs of journalists with an immigrant background and Finnish editorial staff. The project aims to increase the diversity of Finnish journalism and to support the employment of journalists with an immigrant background in their new home country. The project strives to create new models that Finnish editorial rooms can integrate into their operation and connect skilled workers also at the individual level.
