Digitizing Ilta-Sanomat and Helsingin Sanomat

The National Library

Digitizing Ilta-Sanomat (163,000 pages) and Helsingin Sanomat (388,000 pages) up to 31 December 1979. The project starts on September 1, 2021, a schedule for continuation will be agreed. The National Library opens all digitized material to researchers and citizens free of charge via digi.kansalliskirjasto.fi-service at all Legal Deposit Libraries, and preserves material permanently according international standards.
