Journalistic Future Narratives in and about NATO-era Finland

The project investigates narrativization of future threats in Finnish journalism from 2022 onwards, as well as public discourse sparked by journalistic future narratives. The goals are 1) to create a novel theoretical approach to the forms of knowledge created and conveyed by future narratives, and 2) to produce applicable information on how future narratives can be used for communicating knowledge in a sustainable and responsible way.
