Media organizations in the era of contradiction: Toward sustainable business models in the Finnish media sector

The project studies the evolving media business models from the perspective of sustainable business. The data is collected in two work packages, one focusing on the variety of sustainable media business models, and the other concentrating on the internal tensions in media organizations as businesses and ethical entities. The project will be executed in close collaboration with international experts of media management and eight Finnish media companies.
